How do I download my recording?

Your recording can only be downloaded on your desktop computer. As soon as you complete your purchase, you will receive an email with a custom download link to your recording. This link expires 72 hours after the date of your order. You can also access your audio library by clicking on MY RECORDINGS in your account menu. We currently do not support downloading using mobile devices.


Can I listen to The Wonders on my mobile device?

Yes! You can add your audio recordings to your mobile device from your desktop computer. All of our files are standard .m4a files (Apple iTunes/Windows Media Player compatible). All of our ebook files come in both .mobi (Amazon Kindle) and .epub (Apple iBooks) formats. We do not currently support downloading of audio recordings or ebooks on mobile devices.


How do I add my audio recording to my mobile device or audio player?

You will need to first download your recording using a desktop computer. To listen to your recording using your mobile device, simply transfer the audio file onto your mobile device using iTunes or Windows Media Player.


Can I return my recording?

We have a no returns policy on all of our recordings and ebooks. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to provide you with a refund. If there is a problem with your recording, please contact our customer service team at thewonders@thewonders.com within 10 days of your purchase.
