This series explores, through regressions, participants’ definitions of themselves and the moment they chose to view themselves as not good enough. Each person in the workshop has an opportunity to get into the core of themselves and discover that moment of choice. The benefit to you is that you will realize, through listening to participants’ journeys, your own moment of choice where you decided that you were "not good enough.”

    Includes the following recordings:

    1. I Was, I Will Be, Don’t Know Where I Am
This first session sets the stage for regressions. Then Angela, the first participant, is regressed - early childhood is when she chose to define herself “not good enough.”

    2. I Was, I Will Be, Don’t Know Where I Am
In this continuing exploration, you are encouraged to find out “where you are.” Dennis, the second participant, realizes that his moment came when he feared failure as a child.

    3. I Was, I Will Be, Don’t Know Where I Am
Alex, the third participant, realizes that an incident in his childhood was the defining moment for him. Holly, the fourth participant, realizes how her mind created a perspective of her mother in order to define herself.

    4. I Was, I Will Be, Don’t Know Where I Am
Peggy, the fifth participant, regresses to six months old and realizes that she chose to judge herself and her body at that point to make herself “not good enough.”

    5. I Was, I Will Be, Don’t Know Where I Am
Lee Anne, the sixth participant, is guided through a series of incidences her mind has created for her to confuse her, and eventually realizes the moment she defined herself as “not good enough.”

    6. Finally Found Myself
A review of the workshop’s progress is done, along with a final meditation to assist the participants to anchor their newfound awarenesses, allowing them to continuously choose a new path, one that says, “I Am Good Enough.”
